As I sat on my bed, at the age of twelve, with my first “very own” cookbook, spending countless hours poring over recipes and creating menus, one might have guessed that a place in the culinary world was my dream. However, it took many years to realize that little girl fantasy. The early years of my career were spent in the accounting world, while I nurtured my passion for food and cooking by entertaining and catering for family and friends. But one day not so long ago...a former co-worker hired me to cater an open house with a 40-guest invitation list. I said, “Sure, why not?...40 people?...Piece of cake!”

Within about two weeks’ time the guest count grew to 300, and well, to make a long story short, Fancy to Fantasy Catered Affairs was born.
